How returns work
1. Notify us of your cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, contact us within 14 days.
You can easily notify us of your cancellation by email or letter.
Please provide your order number if possible, so that we can assign your request more quickly.

2. Return the goods
After your cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the goods to us.
Please package the goods carefully if possible to avoid transport damage.
You bear the costs of the return.
3. Receive your money back
After a valid cancellation, we will generally refund all payments received, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
The refund will be issued at the latest within 14 days after we receive your declaration of cancellation.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have proven that you have returned the goods – whichever occurs earlier.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for your order, unless otherwise agreed.
